IPU is a medical plastics and clean room injection molded plastics, with over 3,000 square meter dedicated to our Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) clean room plastic injection molding facility.
Our state-of-the-art clean room molding facility is equipped with multiple horizontal and vertical plastic injection molding machines, ranging in size from 28 to 140 tons.
FDA Registered, cGMP compliant and Certified to ISO 13485, our clean room molding facility is fully equipped with closed loop microprocessor controlled machinery, integrated overhead crane, and external drying and material feeding capabilities, so it is able to handle almost any medical molding or clean room plastic injection molding requirements.
With regulated temperature and humidity control, and HEPA filters that efficiently remove airborne particles as small as 0.5 microns, IPU has full control of all phases of production, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
