Secondary Machine Operations
For customers that require producing plastic features in plastic parts other than molding, IPU propose the option of secondary machining.

There are a variety of reasons why post-molded features in plastic parts would be machined and make sense for customers. The most common is to reduce tooling cost.

The part volume requirements may be low, and because of certain features are complicated from a tooling point of view; the economics of the program are in jeopardy. Reduce the cost by machining this feature.
